Summary
During our latest engagement with LifeSpan, the Adam Ritchie Brand Direction team shaped and secured positive top-tier earned media coverage for LifeSpan, while providing paid media support for LifeSpan on LinkedIn.
We worked with U.S. editors to describe the LifeSpan Ampera Office Bike as “Easing my guilt over skipping the gym” (Forbes), “Designed for real nine-to-five work” (Esquire), “Comfortable to work from” (Engadget), “Epic in-office workouts” (CNET), “Combining health benefits with energy savings” (Smithsonian), “Could help improve your life” (Scripps News), “Can help you get fit” (ZDNet), “Limitless power” (Tom’s Guide), “Earns extra points” (Paste), “A self-contained beast” (SlashGear), “Made with fully recyclable plastic” (Interiors + Sources), “Pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was” (Work Design Magazine), “Science-backed” (Interior Design), “Sleek” (Cronicle Tech News), “Innovative” (CBS Chicago), “Sustainable” (NBC Chicago) and “Intuitive” (Good Morning San Diego).
Over the course of this engagement, editors have also described LifeSpan’s under-desk treadmills as “The best overall under-desk treadmill” (Good Housekeeping), “The best under-desk treadmill overall” (Forbes), “Perfect for a home office upgrade” (SELF), “The best under-desk treadmill” (Popular Science) and said “You and all of your coworkers will love it” (New York Post).
In addition to delivering these results, the PR team also developed additional opportunities with our editorial contacts at WIRED, Verywell, ReadWrite, New York Post, Runner's World, Ars Technica, Mashable and ZDNet, anticipated to run after the conclusion of the campaign.
We achieved these results through our trusted, longstanding relationships with the media, years of experience speaking with these journalists about the LifeSpan brand and the agency principal’s reputation as a LifeSpan power user with more than 10,000 miles personally walked and worked on a LifeSpan under-desk treadmill, with industry editors reporting “He takes his work to heart” (O’Dwyer’s).
Our Earned media work with LifeSpan involved priority product support via remote outreach to key national editors, as well as in-person trade show support at both NeoCon in Chicago and CES in Las Vegas.
This digital clipbook does not show our Owned and Paid media work with LifeSpan, which involved content creation and boosted posts on LifeSpan’s LinkedIn platform, which was shared on our monthly activity reports.
